Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities
Luthier scratched my fretboard clear metal file cuts from bone nut work which also came out awful , also couldnt align my truss rod cover right either. Them fixing damage they did was not customer service * blown off by manager and charged for this wonderful work
A month waiting for an estimate for almost a $50,000 order and NO CORRESPONDENCE from Barron and speaking to now 2 managers tells me to take my business somewhere else… Disappointing!!!

I was very disappointed with my trip to the Sam Ash store on Cobb Parkway. I came in with some slightly used drum equipment and met with the drum tech on duty (I believe his name was Roy). I showed him my equipment and he gave me the prices that he could offer and we came to an agreement on a couple cymbal stands, a cymbal, and a double bass pedal.
