Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities
Getting to play every instrument in the store!
Treated me like a damn criminal because I couldn't wear a mask! What if someone puts your mask on then falls down and hits her head because they pass out due to lack of oxygen ? yet you allow people to play the instruments!
Good selection, always exciting to see whats new or recent trade ends
Update: Chris Donnelly called me today and we discussed my experience at his store yesterday. He was very customer oriented and sincerely wanted to help. Whether or not this situation gets reconciled or not, I'm grateful that he took the time to call me. Thanks Chris!! Bought a little Martin and brought it back 3 separate times to be "Adjusted" and still have bad fret buzz on frets 1-3, E and B strings. They handed back my guitar and said I should contact Martin directly????? What kind of Music store doesn't honor warranties... read more

Bought a little Martin and brought it back 3 separate times to be "Adjusted" and still have bad fret buzz on frets 1-3, E and B strings. They handed back my guitar and said I should contact Martin directly????? What kind of Music store doesn't honor warranties of the instruments they sell? There is a reason that Sam Ass is inferior to all other music stores. Do yourself a HUGE favor and shop somewhere else if you want quality and service.
