My wife purchase a bass guitar form for Christmas. The guitar should have been playable when it left the store but it was not due to some much needed truss rod issues. They did a great job in making the adjustments when I brought it back to them and have been outstanding with their customer service ever since.
Always a pleasure working with these folks they always have what i want or need. Every single worker or manager is kind and professional..
The cashier/ band section guy was Knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't make me feel stupid when I asked a stupid question. The in-store customer jamming was a blast. My only knock against the store is that it seemed understaffed. The staff there are fantastic, a little more help in any given department and this would be a 5 star experience. I'don't give 4.5 if I could.
Very knowledgable and no pressure sales reps. Big variety of instruments and freedom to try before you buy policy. Easy to find products and workers are there if you need them, but not hovering over you when you don't. Everyone was in a good mood and ready to help. Prices are very competitive and over all Awesome Experience. I would highly recommend to anyone young and old as well as beginner to expert.
I have always liked this store first purchase was first week it opened and last purchase I made before moving to Louisville.Would love to work for this company .The employees are actual musicians helping other musicians and everyone that works there are good people and do a lot for the local community as well

I've shopped Sam Ash for over 10 years now. Have never had an issue with any of my purchases. They treat you with respect and dignity, and I highly recommend this store.
