I was blown away with the guitar repair experience. I brought in my 62' Guild Starfire that was my grandfather's. James was beyond excited to work on it. He chatted all about it and told me he had been looking for something very similar. He told me there were going to be quite a few things he needed to do to it, and I was a little worried about what the initial costs would be but when he called and said it was ready I was blown away. Everyone was busy with customers when I arrived but the young lady who was at the door was smiling and ready to help me get checked out. I had a gift certificate for another large music store but they didn't have what I came in to purchase. I quickly found a reasonably priced acoustic guitar bag and electric piano damper pedal.
