Went to Hollywood Store, on Sunset Blvd. Great place, awesome people and thousands of beautifull guitars. Heaven on earth.
Was going to go to the other big music store , decided to to go to Sam Ash. They just happened to have a pedal I had been looking for used. Tried it out, and a few others... guy at the guitar area was very helpful , hooked me up (literally), bought the pedal ... happy guy goes home with new to me pedal!

These people are shady...I was in to buy something my wife wanted. The price it rang up was different than how it was tagged. The amount was not huge, but I made mention of it because wrong is wrong. The guy laughed out loud that I would make mention of it. He acted disgusted and said that he could call his manager over but it would probably take him a long time to come over...meaning, do you really want to go to this much trouble over this amount of difference? Almost every instrument I grabbed off the wall had something wrong with it. Good selection of guitars though.

Jason, I am truly sorry almost every instrument had and issue. We have our instruments out so people can play before they buy. We have a program that our associates go through guitars daily and check and see if strings need changing, tuning, or is in need of further repair. Best experience from a retail store this year. Usually, music and record stores can be a little snobbish and condescending... not here. There were friendly smiles from start to finish.
