No Pressure, Great Experience! Sam was patient when I was hesitant. When I was ready he took the time and explained the process. Kept me informed and navigated me through the portal and how to upload docs with great patients. I highly recommend! Treated like an A-List Client when my credit score was not. Great customer service From the beginning of the process to the end Sam always helped and communicated everything. I always felt like it my loan was important and I wasn’t just a number. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a home loan our refinance. I would use them again if I ever needed.
An Easy Process I did not actually choose Sam Brazil. I just found myself dealing with him in the loan process. However, if he had not perform in a positive manner I would not have continued to work with him. But he was attentive, made the process move smoothly and was always glad answer questions. He help made the experience easy!
It was a easy process. Sam stayed in touch through the whole process of refinancing my home and took great care of us. I was a little apprehensive when we started but we ended up with a great deal and a much lower interest rate.
Wonderful experience It was a great pleasure working with Sam. He was always there to answer our questions and if we called him and he was unavailable he always returned our calls immediately. He even called us on a Sunday to see how things were going. He explained every step to us and made things so easy. He was always very professional and pleasant to talk too.
