Well, this is my first “online deliver to my home and not the store” purchase. And, I was definitely filled with anxiety about it. But, the guitar arrived on time and in perfect condition. Not to mention, it was playable right out of the box. So not only was the Strat gorgeous but even getting it was a pleasure. It helps that the interest free promotion is available even on existing credit and that there was a 10% discount. So, I’m a real happy camper.

I recently contacted customer service on a question using my gift card! My goodness what a phenomenal customer service person. They not arranged to put the card number into what I was wanting to order they sent me email and said that I could log back into the site and finish my order. I’m am so happy with this experience.
