My experience was focused on Customer Service. After ordering the wrong item (my error) I contacted Customer Service. The representative was cordial, well informed and clearly advised me of the return process. The return and refund went smoothly and was a painless experience. I highly recommend Sam Ash and only wish they had a store closer to my home.
