Called and spoke with David in California on 12/22 about a soft sided trombone case for my grandson. Had it shipped over night but we were hit with a terrific snow storm. Was tracking item and was told it would arrive after Christmas. Made an IOU to my grandson and we had to deal with it. But, to my surprise, upon returning from church on Christmas Eve-there was a very large box on our porch! Was so excited to have the case for Zack to open with the other grandkids and all the gifts!
