First time ordering from Sam Ash. Called up and spoke to their associate, they called another store to check and make sure the synthesizer I was interested was brand new in stock. Ordering over the phone was painless and the order showed up with a few days. Couldn't be happier and will definitely consider buying from Sam Ash again in the future.
Excellent at getting the new materials to my son for his concert
Ordered an in stock guitar on Sunday night, on line, around 9:30 pm. Had it shipped, free to my house, Fedex Ground. The guitar was delivered a little after noon on the following Tuesday. Two day delivery, amazing. By the way the guitar was exactly what I was expecting and in great shape. Set up only required a little minor tweaking.
My initial purchase from Sam Ash through Reverb had some complications develop so I contacted the store’s customer service via telephone. I had the pleasure to work with one of the store managers Kwante and sales associate Joey from the Hicksville NY store and this issue was quickly resolved. In my opinion Kwante and Sam Ash went above and beyond honoring their word, and I am now an owner of an amazing guitar, with a new store for any future purchases. Everything was great accept for trying to use my gift cards, I really don't understand why you can only use 1 per transaction on the website, they should be just like cash, No mention of this issue at time of sale. I'm sure this is a popular gift for a person looking to buy a new instrument. That problem should be fixed. Like I said other than that I was very happy. Thanks Scott Mc.
