I purchased a guitar from Sam Ash, when it arrived I was unable to get the fret buzz resolved. My Luthier felt that the frets weren’t seated properly, and couldn’t be resolved. Scott at Sam Ash was great about helping me get it returned(no cost to me). Scott then helped me find my new guitar. My new Martin 000-15SM is just about perfect.
