I ordered a Michael Kelly 5 string acoustic bass on line for pick. within a couple of hours I got the notification that the pickup was ready. Pickup was smooth and the manager of the acoustic guitar dept., I believe his name is Andrew, took my new bass to the technician in the repair area to ensure that the bass was properly aligned and all the mechanics were working.as well.
