Sam Ash is my first choice when I start looking for something new or used. What keeps me returning to them is selection and competitive pricing. Online shipping has its challenges, especially when you are looking at something that is used. I have found that Sam Ash descriptions are accurate or even better than described. Some other gear sellers are not accurate. The fair return policy makes decision making easy. I just wish there was a store location closer to me. Every time I deal with Sam Ash things go smoothly.
Super fast store pock up order, the staff were completely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who took care of me, he was Hispanic. I had ordered the same guitar at Guitar Center and they completely messed up my order 3 times before they told me they didn’t have it available in store, Guitar center has terrible and completely rude employees. Ordered a couple of piano books from Sam Ash because they were priced cheaper there than Amazon and did a free ship to store. Got an email that it was already ready that afternoon for pickup. Staff was friendly. Definitely recommend the place.
Really appreciated this teams help here. I had the idea of making a mini hotone pedal board for my work office. Little did I know these items were discontinued. Luckily this store still had the pedal board I was looking for. Unfortunately they only had the display model available, so they called and asked if that was okay. The guitar is better than new, as it was set up perfectly and plays really well. No sharp edges or high frets. It arrived quickly, very well packed and in great condition. The sound is better than expected for a guitar in this price, which was very reasonable.
