Overall it was a very good experience dealing with Sam Ash. The guitar guy was quite pleasant and helpful. The guitar I purchased was priced reasonably and I was given a fair amount for a trade-in. The only complaint here is that there was no box, no factory paperwork that typically comes with a new Gretsch. I came to Sam Ash after a dismal experience at Guitar Center...
