For me, part of feeling comfortable is being prepared and feeling like I'm in the care of the like minded. They made sure I understood every step of the procedure and we constantly concerned about my understanding of said process. I hope to never have another tooth pulled again. Was very impressed with the quality. It turned out better than my other 3 crowns. State of the art equipment. I won't go anywhere else :])
