I looked up windshield replacement on line and filled in the basic information for my car windshield to be replaced. As soon as I hit the finish button they called me. No really, that fast. I had an appoint right away with a 4 hour window. Alex called me in the morning letting me know, reminding me we had an appointment for between 9 & 2 on Monday. I had a great experience. Although I was super frustrated and probably a little rude they still treated me equally . My windshield was fixed within 30 minutes of the man being their . Over all great experience. 10 out of 10😊
Good job. Only one problem: the lady setting my appointment told me I wold have one hour to prepare for your arrival. Unfortunately I had the drive wait 5 minutes, because he was 30 minutes early.
