Dr. Shatkin performed bilateral otoplasty on my daughter. I would highly recommend him. His demeanor with my 14 year old was amazing - very fatherly. He always made her feel comfortable. We appreciated that he spoke directly to her and wanted to make sure she was doing this for herself and not because we wanted her to. We were always seen on time. Day of surgery was seamless.
