Dr. Franz is absolutely amazing! We swapped to her after a bad first pediatrician and I only wished I would have done so sooner. Dr. Franz is very professional and knows her stuff! Dr Franz is always so calm and friendly. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always has a way of putting parents at ease with her demeanor. Very professional and pleasant visit. Got in on time, nurse was polite and to the point. Dr. Walked in a few minutes after the nurse left. Well coordinated. Dr. Franz has a warm and calming demeanor, that made my daughter feel very comfortable.
