At the beginning, Sandy explained the loan process and what we could expect. She anticipated everything we might need and made sure we had it to her in advance. When we had to make a change to our loan at the end of the process, Sandy worked to get us back through underwriting and funded quickly so that we wouldn’t lose our amazing rate! Our process wasn’t easy because of things that happened outside of all of our control but Sandy worked tirelessly on our behalf! We loved working with her!
