Dr Jan is awesome. Explains everything fully. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. They always know what is going on. Very prompt at return phone calls. I have been talking my dogs here for almost 9 years now.

A year ago, I moved to Santa Rosa from Nashville where I had a great vet for my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Nugget and Brody, so I did extensive research on the best place in town to bring my "kids." Dr. Krome, Dr Lester, and their whole team did not disappoint. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The manager, Hannah (also a vet tech/anesthesiologist and dog trainer extraordinaire), has always gone above and beyond to take care of my pups. This is the best veterinary in town in my opinion. The staff are warm and friendly. Dr. Kome is amazing, you can tell he loves animals. The office is clean and most of all my dog LOVES it there.
The whole staff is so caring and so professional! So glad I found them online and that Dr. Krome is my dogs vet!!!
I have been taking my senior dog and cat here for years, and more recently the kitten. The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Krome is the best!
