It was an amazing experience! I worked closely with Sarah and Chrissie for about a month. My case was a little more difficult than others but they worked hard to make sure we were able to get through the funding process. Both of them were very reassuring throughout, even when I started to have doubts. Replies were very timely and any information that was needed they were there to help.
