Sarah's professionalism is undeniable. We had to sell our house fairly quickly and Sarah offered us excellent advise to help us increase our chances and it worked! The house was sold a lot faster than we expected it would be. We've appreciated the frequent visits she brought us right from the start, she made sure we knew what was going on in the market in our area and the marketing for our house, (photos, videos etc) was perfect. Sarah worked very hard to sell my house during extremely difficult marketing conditions in a very slow time of year. My wife and I are both military members and were posted across the country on short notice. Sarah did everything in her power to get us showings and offers that lead to the sale of our home.
