I will not be returning to this office. Still waiting on my refund. Office lead Whitley was very unprofessional. I will now be moving forward to report this office for failure to return patient overpayment promptly.
Will not be returning to this location. Was overcharged for simple cleaning. Office Manager Becca had no clue as the difference between patient co-pay and their allowables with the Insurance company. I spent way too much time trying to explain this with her and she still debated with me telling me my "insurance benefits changed" which was false they havent changed since 2013 ( I verified this myself with Ins.
