Was a great experience when Rocky and Josh installed my new air conditioning unit! They did a great job in moving items to get to work area cleaned and back to normal. True professionals, highly recommend Scaran as a service provider.
Woke up to a basement full of water. I immediately called scaran and spoke to one of their dispatcher who took some information , gave me a quote and upon confirming immediately set me up for service . This is a hands on professional company who I highly recommend . If you’re going to get it done then do it the right way and have no regrets. Thank you for being there for our emergency .
Technician came during designated time slot, was personable, and very knowledgeable . Did maintenance on my furnace and left area neat and clean. Never had a problem with any technicians and any furnace issues which are rare, they come quickly. Highly recommended this company. Office staff is very pleasant to deal with also!
Arrived when scheduled, was given a great price on central air unit replacement by Robert. Very professional & patient, answered questions & made modifications on proposal as requested. Work was done by professional technicians. Office staff also very pleasant and returned calls quickly, overall a great experience with Scaran. Came highly recommended by neighbors. I highly recommend them too!
We had long dreaded replacing the boilers in our old house. But, it needed to be done and the Scaran crew could not have done anything to make a stressful project go more smoothly, from providing a reasonable, detailed estimate to the actual installation. We were replacing two boilers and so I assumed the job would take two full days, but they managed to send two crews and get the whole job done in one day.
