Arrived when scheduled, was given a great price on central air unit replacement by Robert. Very professional & patient, answered questions & made modifications on proposal as requested. Work was done by professional technicians. Office staff also very pleasant and returned calls quickly, overall a great experience with Scaran. Came highly recommended by neighbors. I highly recommend them too!
Rocky and Josh did a stellar job installing our new Lennox furnace today just in time for winter! They were knowledgeable, precise and paid attention to every detail. Everything was left exactly as it was before they arrived .. Super efficient, friendly and respectful. Scaran is fortunate to have them under their name !
I had a six year old cooling and heating system installed in 5 rooms with one compressor. All of the refrigerant leaked out over the winter. Scaran spent many days locating and isolating the problem. While the part was covered, it had to come from the manufacturer in Japan. It took a while, but Scaran made sure that I had air conditioning in 4 out of 5 rooms.
