Technician came during designated time slot, was personable, and very knowledgeable . Did maintenance on my furnace and left area neat and clean. Never had a problem with any technicians and any furnace issues which are rare, they come quickly. Highly recommended this company. Office staff is very pleasant to deal with also!
Scaran responded quickly to a request to install a new service. Their service is always excellent and the work is high quality. I highly recommend Scaran and will continue to use them for all plumbing, heating and cooling needs.
We had long dreaded replacing the boilers in our old house. But, it needed to be done and the Scaran crew could not have done anything to make a stressful project go more smoothly, from providing a reasonable, detailed estimate to the actual installation. We were replacing two boilers and so I assumed the job would take two full days, but they managed to send two crews and get the whole job done in one day.
