Was impressed with the office and personnel and doctor , unfortunately just after my procedure the doctor had the wrong pharmacy info and he went ballistic over it for no good reason . Wanted to have my wife go in for a consultation for her eye lids , but now taking a pass on it .

There was an error in the computer system and you were questioned about your pharmacy so that no mistake in prescribing your medication was made. If a wrong entry is made you could possibly get a medication that you are allergic to or that may not be covered by your insurance. I had an appointment for a stye removal. Very simple . After the doctor made it clear he thought I was not worth his time with his poor demeanor and awful attitude I waited it out and was granted the opportunity to have this amazing man bless me with his surgery. What a joke After the surgery I was told to wait 10 minutes and then remove the bandages. But of course he could not tell me that he had one of the assistants. Very weird man very rude man. Had a 5 pm appointment and arrived 10 mins early (left work early to be on time). Was greeted by unfriendly staff member who would not make an estimate on how long the wait would be. I would have gladly left for an hour to do errands if I knew how long the wait would be. The staff member at reception desk made no effort to apologize. Instead she went behind the desk and spoke loud enough for me to hear her say “this is a doctors office you should expect a wait”. Arrived 15 minutes early for my 1 o’clock appt. Waited an hour before being called in for my first of three IPL treatments. Previously told treatment would be half an hour. Dr. Came in he was done in 10 minutes he seemed rushed.Dont know what to expect since never having this done before, I guess only time will tell.
I am usually nervous at a first appointment, but I wasn’t yesterday...friendly professional staff
