I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Shah and am so grateful for my experience. As someone who struggles with anxiety, Dr. Shah took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, walking me through each step with patience and clarity. Her reassurances made a significant difference; I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire process, which helped ease my anxiety tremendously. Truly a great experience!! I came from a different practice where you couldn’t speak to a human on the phone. I found Dr Schlessinger and even though he’s really far away it’s totally worth the drive. He never pushed surgery on me, he agreed with me to wait and see He makes his money on surgery, and literally never said that’s what I needed to do. He took another approach and it really helped. I have been suffering with severe dry eye for years. Lately I have been having more than usual problems. Dr. Schlessinger and his associate, Dr. Shah, have been working aimlessly to get me on the right path and I'm happy to say that due to their help, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
