Great job. Thank you for quickly getting my ac fixed
2 full weeks without heat in winter. First, they failed to order the part. Then, when scheduled to finally install the part, they said they had the wrong one. I asked what kind of reduction in price would be offered given the double delays. That's when the already terrible tale turned ugly. Will not call again!! Initially the service was awesome.. purchased a split level A/C installers great, the following year I decided to try them for my dormers ( new siding), gutters, trim, etc. I have spent around $5,000 to date with this place. This year I call them to service my split level and they treated me like I was a dead beat customer. They need to know your not the only service around I will definitely take my business elsewhere

We did speak with the customer in regards to his issues and presented a solution that he accepted. We explained that his mini split leak search is not covered by warranty and there would a charge. Also we did provide a quote for a mini split in May 2016. However, we did not install the unit - we actually took the serial numbers to Mitsubishi and they confirmed the unit was installed by another company that failed to register the warranty, which created confusion when we tried to see what would be covered for his unit.
