Schultheis Bros. came and did a rip and replace of my 31 year old air conditioner unit. The process from start to finish was very easy - someone came out and checked it, let me know what I needed and within a day there was someone here giving me a proposal. Once the equipment was ordered, the team was here within another day to install everything for me. The job was done quick and efficiently - they took all the old stuff with them and we're all set for the summer.
Schultheis Bros recently installed a new furnace for me. The free estimate was well explained and gave me several options to choose from based on my needs. The install was quick, clean, and professional. I was able to ask questions along the way and learn about how my furnace was setup. Highly recommended!
Purchased a new roof. Every time I called, they responded immediately. They were one of the lowest prices. Roof was installed in one day, one week after signing the contract. Very professional and no complaints. They did a thorough job cleaning up. I will highly recommend to friends and neighbors.
When my extremely ancient furnace pooped out on the first cold day of the season, I called several places about getting quotes on a new one. Not only was Schulteis Bros the only place to actually get back to me, by some probably-uncommon minor miracle, got my quote appointment scheduled that same day. Schultheis did a great job replacing our roof. They showed up early and worked late to get the job completed very quickly. They were able to fix some structural problems with a covered porch and correct some design problems with the previous gutter system. They did an incredible job cleaning everything up as well.
