My salesman Andrew was polite, straight-forward, and extremely helpful in arranging a trade-in/lease deal, and managers and finance department kept word and fixing a mutual misunderstanding on final deal. Greter was clear and accommodating on updating me on features of the cx40 in question. I found Chris, my service advisor informative; I know I will be in good hands! Comfy, yet upscale dealer environment. I had 2 Volvo’s in the late 80s, and am happy to be coming back to a VERY safe car with a thought to customer value.
Kevin in the service department really went above and beyond with me to ensure the whole process with a loaner and the time frame of the repair had as little disruption in my routine as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way. I’m extremely satisfied with his customer service!
