Recommendedhad a great experience last week purchasing a new Q50. dealing with rich (sales) and will (financing) was extremely painless and lots of fun. all too often, the experience of getting a car is a challenge, and upon leaving the dealershop, one feels like they've been through a battle. that certainly wasn't the case and as a new Floridian, I strongly recommend Schumacher for your auto needs. don't forget to ask for rich.

Doreen always makes it a positive experience. She is pleasant and knowledgeable and follows through on what she says she is going to do. I am able to meet a friend for breakfast while my car is worked on and I am kept informed as to what is being done with the car and when it will be completed. When I pick it up, it's been washed and cleaned and I am ready to go.
