Dave Stadelman has been my Service Advisor for ten years with two Buick LaCrosses. Today’s appointment was not scheduled properly...different location and advisor. Went to Dave and advised of same and he remedied the situation. I had my brakes analyzed and service began shortly thereafter. Dave did not hesitate to help me.
