We've been going to Schumacher for about 13 yrs. THAT should say it all! In the past 10 years, we specifically ask for Chase Bond. We have purchased (for me) or leased (for my wife) 4 vehicles through him. He's very knowledgeable and never pushy. He goes the extra mile to get us what we need. (Don't tell her I said this, but my wife is a perfectionist) and Chase is very patient.
