Cindy Billock is an exceptional service advisor who should immediately be given a raise! Even though I was only at Schumacher for a simple oil change, Cindy made sure to review the complete vehicle history and provide advice as to service requirements. And when I discovered something was missed, Cindy made no excuses, apologized, took charge and had the issue addressed immediately. She and other advisors there are truly professional. Austin has been the most helpful young man, polite, accommodating and knows his product well. I have always been greeted with courtesy, and Austin has just gone above and beyond where customer service in the service department is concerned. I am sorry that he is leaving but wish him all the best of luck in his future endeavors.
Art is a great man. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was funny and kind and he played no games. I would recommend my guy Art to friends and families. I usually have to battle the salesman AND the finance dude to get the best deal but this time I only had to fight the finance guy. With my next car purchase (very soon) I will go to Art and whatever dealership he works for. If Art had a side job selling ice cream… I would only visit his Ice Cream shop. One month ago I contacted Schumacher dealership to discuss the financing of a lease buy-out on a 2020 Ram 1500. I had the good fortune to speak with Art Mushnitski, who assured me that he could assist with this transaction. I explained to him that my son and I were co-lessees on the vehicle and wanted to move forward as co-signers on the purchase of the truck. I had visited several dealerships while searching for the right vehicle. I must say that Art is the only salesperson who maintained any form of communication with me. Checking in to see if I had found anything and always keeping me in mind if something came in to the dealership.
