We called because an engineering light went on a few days before we planned to leave on an extended road trip. Briana and Geo had us bring our Jeep in the same day and the following day they had the problem diagnosed and the part ordered. As soon as the part came in, the vehicle was fixed and ready. The staff at the Schumacher Delray location, especially Art, come across more as friendly people, not sales people. He made the experience very comfortable and that significantly influenced my decision to buy. A much better experience here than with pushy or deceptive salesmen at other dealerships!
