I had a recall on the fuel pump in my ascent. So we went to Schumacher where we bought it from. We expected to have to sit there & wait which would of been 3 hours but instead they paid for an Uber to bring us home & called us when ready. That my friends is service.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Kevin M was awesome. He took the time to show me vehicles and take one for a test ride even though he knew I wasn't sure if I was in the market for a new car. Explanations of vehicle features were detailed and way to understand. Pierre in finance was awesome as well. Usually the finance portion of buying a car is stressful but not this time.
