My wife and I leased two 2022 Tiguans from Gunther V. W. in 2022. We found the service department and customer service extremely unsatisfactory. We were fortunate to find Schumacher V.W. Our service writer was Paul who could not be more accomodating. Through out our three year lease we were more than happy and never felt that we were an inconvenience.
