Our salesman Damien Perez was amazing! He was funny and kind, and we had a great time working with him. The service provided by Damien, AJ and Ronan was exceptional and has definitely made us Schumacher loyal.

This is my 5th VW from Schummacker in a row. Great products and professional , knowledgeable staff. Jader Garcia ( sales) was personable , professional and knowledgeable. Finance department, sales and management all coordinated well. Seemed like people enjoyed working together to provide a good customer experience.great experience.

We had Damien Perez who made me a believe again that great buying experiences do exist!!! I really went in there not expecting to leave with a car but I had hopes. At first the trade in value of my old car was not what I hoped for. Damien saw I was not happy and had me wait while he talked to his manager. When I moved to Florida I searched for a dealership that could service my Volkswagen. I have always used dealerships to service my vehicles. I ended up choosing Schumacher because of the way they treated me on the phone when I called with a dead battery issue. They got me in quickly, installed a new battery at a very competitive price and at my request also performed the 30000 mile servicing.
