Words cannot express how great my experience was while purchasing a vehicle through Steven Rodriguez. I recently bought my second Volvo from Andrew. Because I had such a wonderful experience with him the first time, I was willing to wait for his assistance when I showed up at the dealership to look for my new car, although he was very busy with another client. Andrew is not only very personable, making you immediately comfortable, like he’s known you for years. But he’s also very knowledgeable about what he’s selling you, for every aspect of the car….and especially the sophisticated technology of a Volvo car. Let me give another compliment to Andrew…..especially for me: He is very patient. He gives the impression he has all the time in the world to assist you with your questions and in giving you detailed explanations of every aspect of the car you’re buying. As long as Andrew is working at Schumacher, he will be my salesman of choice.
