"Friendly. " Everyone was friendly and informative. Went over the features of the car and computer so I could understand. Car has many great features but computer was complicated.
"Looking for a Volvo dealership" I brought my Volvo to Schumacher for service after not being happy with the dealership where I bought my vehicle. Alex, was very helpful and professional. He took time to help me with questions I had and never received answers at the other dealership. He kept me updated on when my car would be ready and when I picked it up it was washed for me. When my lease is up I am going to Schumacher to pick out my next car!
