Everyone was friendly and helpful. Your sitting area was exquisite. I felt as though I was in a hotel lobby. I felt very relaxed. The MRI area was just as exquisite. I so appreciated that each piece of clothing was individually wrapped. The Technician was very sweet and friendly. You made my experience enjoyable.

I would not recommend Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Burbank based on my experience with their billing. I was told the medical equipment would cost $36 if paid in cash, but when billed through insurance, I was charged nearly 10x that amount for the exact same item. There was no difference in product and no explanation for the massive price increase.
