Well, our experience was a little unique in the sense that we had an unexpected re-organization of management mid-project on our end. With my entrance to the project, picking up the pieces produces a different customer experience. It would have been nice to have more conference calls to discuss documents and verify validity, legal views, etc. The calls we did have were informative and productive, just rare.
