Best experience to date was thanks to underwriter, Kimberly Law. Though we lacked documentation causing a loan to be suspended, she was informative, responsive and caring. We resubmitted and she cleared the file within 24 hrs, allowing us to still close on time! Additionally, I've always enjoyed the excellent response time from Scott DeLong.
