A magnificent experience . Dealt with an emergency by referring me for a consult with a Doctor who regularly did the procedure that I most likely needed. When it turned out that Dr. Froum was the proper dentist he took me immediately , did my work quickly and well and tonight followed up by telephone asking how I was doing and answering my questions He earned the respect of many of the top dentists in New York who regularly make referrals to him. He has a sense of humor and a fine staff.
I’ve been in dental care all my life due to a traumatic accident in my youth. He is by far the most competent and comfortable Doctor I met so far through my history of dentist visits. I’m very happy I got the recommendation to see him
I was recommended to Dr. Froum, by my usual dentist, for an oral procedure and I cannot say enough about how professional and welcoming the entire staff was. Everyone I interacted with was very informative of what my procedure was and what steps I needed to take to recover. As for the procedure itself, everything went as smoothly as one could hope for. I'm definitely glad my dentist recommended Dr. Froum and his team for my oral procedure.
Dr. Froum explained my procedure clearly and the assistant calculated cost quickly. I was able to decide to set my mind to do surgery. I was a bit nervous of the pain after the surgery, but Dr. Froum took care of my pain during the surgery, also I have no pain after the surgery. Dr. Froum is professional and his assistants were all decent. His office is very clean and perks me up! I had an excellent experience.
I highly recommend Dr. Froum for his exceptional dental/implant/periodontal services. He is the best medical professional I have encountered across any discipline. He adroitly extracted my troublesome molar that he then expertly followed with an implant in that area. He was outstanding for implant/crown work for my ex-wife and saved my aunt from further damage from the botched work of another dentist. He calls his patients the same night after a serious procedure. And he is a very nice person!
Dr Froum is the of Periodontics.By this I mean he gives you 100percent excellence in every aspect of his game. From the minute you step into his office you know you are in great hands.His staff is amazing and his office has a calming and relaxed atmosphere. Dr Froum approaches his patients the way a great quarterback approaches a touchdown drive. He's got the plan well in advance. He explains each and every play to you and lets you know why its going to work.Then he executes with precision.
Dr. Froum and his staff are super! He was referred to me in 2011 and no plans to change!! The quality and thoroughness of his care are great. He helped me with Invisalign and a gum graft over a year ago that were both a success

I contacted Dr. Froum for a second opinion. My experience with the receptionist, both on the phone and upon arrival, was very positive. The office is a pleasant environmen t, and everyone was friendly. After exemining examinedmy mouth and reviewing the xray, Dr, Froum explained his findings and referred me to an endodontist. The receptionist made the appointment for me. I felt that my needs were addressed in a helpful, professionsl manner.
