Scotts always available when needed and a valuable asset to have.
I think the PRMG team is the best. Our AE, (Scott Joreski) always answers his phone before and after normal working hours 9-5. I’ve called him at 7 in the morning and at 10 at night. Melody Romero…in my top 3 underwriters ever…been doing this for over 20 years. She always answers her phone, replies to emails and responds quickly. Crystal Broach in the funding department…brilliant!!! I feel like I’m rod tidwell from Jerry McGuire giving shout outs but I could keep going.
Scott is fantastic. We all know real estate and mortgage transactions can be stressful. Especially when transactions become extremely time sensitive. But Scott provides clear and timely updates and is responsive and professional. He's a major asset to this business and his commitment to his pipeline is outstanding. I hope to have a working relationship with him for a long time.
Just a complete and utter nightmare from start to finish. Appraisal mess ups, underwriters never communicated and would take days to respond. Scott did his best, but it’s clear processing and underwriting rule , and it’s a complete and utter nightmare
