Good locally owned business. Prompt, efficient, easy to talk to and listened. Provided estimate, gave honest opinion and I booked them that day. Scheduled them to come out 2 days later and they were on time. They hit the ground running and didn't waste any time.
Scott was prompt and fixed the refrigerator water hook up leak quickly. Also Scott made us aware of water pressure spikes as the main cause for leaks in a house and showed us how to monitor it. Since our house is over 20 years old we will probably need to get the water pressure reducer replaced soon and would consider calling Scott to get the job done.
Company got to me the same day and we're extreamly knowledgeable and professional.
This is to commend Scott Plumbing for excellent work in replacing a 20+ year old water heater. Scott was prompt in replacing the water heater within an hour and at a fair and reasonable price. Kudos!!

Quick communication. Scheduled a visit at 2:30 PM on the same day ( I called around 9 AM on a weekday). Arrived early (~10 min) and replaced a leaking water heater within 2 hours. Problem solved.
