Very disappointing experience with Scott Williams. Communication was extremely poor from start to finish. There were multiple promises made about following up and providing updates, but those follow ups never happened. I work in sales myself, so I understand how important communication and consistent follow through are when working with people. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism was completely lacking here. Overpromised and underdelivered. I would not recommend based on my experience.Â
I wish there was more communication on certain things for example: documents were sent and I had to call or ask what the documents were about. Times where I had questions I had to wait for some time to get a response back.Â
