I am a new patient to the office. This is the only dental office that I can say is actually fun. The staff is very attentive, equipment is state of the art, and Dr. Hatch does excellent work.
Staff is always professional and friendly - hard to find such good customer service these days!
They were quick and efficient and everyone on the staff is extremely friendly.
Absolutely fantastic! I haven't been to the dentist in ages, and was extremely anxious in going. Every single staff member I met was kind and respectful. I tend to be extremely skeptical of providers...but I felt like Dr. Hatch and his staff were so welcoming, intelligent, and caring that I completely trust them!

Everyone is super friendly, they treat me with respect and answer my questions without being condescending. A great experience if you have to go to the dentist :D
Let's just say I'm no spring chicken - so I've seen alot of dentists over the years. Dr Hatch did an amazing job on a replacement crown and filling. I really like the onsite crown production so there is not a need for a temp crown and a followup visit to get the new crown. It's all done in one visit. Definitely state of the art!!!
