Dr. Hatch, office manager and assistant were all very cordial and professional. This combined with quick service and easy access to the office made the experience pleasant.
I'm scared to death of dentists, but Dr. Hatch takes my hands and unclenches my fists.
Dr. HATCH SUCCESSFULLY FIXED A LIFE LONG PROBLEM WITH MY OVERBITE WHICH HAS LEAD TO YEARS OF TMJ ON BOTH SIDES OF MY JAW. IT IS MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE TO CHEW AND BITE DOWN NOW, AND AMAZINGLY --MY TMJ and related pain IS OVER 80 % GONE whi9ch is a big surprise . THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT, AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE VIDEOS WHICH WERE ENTERTAINING AND HELPED TO DISTRACT FROM THE PROCEDURE. THE OFFICE atmosphere IS ALWAYS POSITIVE AND UPBEAT AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
I was at the office for about 2 hours and being able to watch Netflix made sitting in the dental chair not so bad.
I have only received one small filling in my life and it was a horrible experience. The anesthetic shot was extremely painful, the drilling itself was very uncomfortable, and overall it left me with a negative impression. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE CONVENIENCE OF GETTING THE CROWN WHILE AT THE SAME VISIT AND AVOIDING MULTIPLE VISITS, PLUS THE "HIGH-TECH" METHOD IN WHICH THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.
Pure torture! Just Kiddn, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, can't wait to do it again in 2 weeks!
