Professional, friendly and up front with costs. I was seen very quickly for a killer toothache as a walk in new patient. I was shown the treatment options and costs for each. I was given prescriptions for painkillers and antibiotics there and then and schedules for an extraction 3 days later. On the day of the extraction, I was taken right away, numbed up, allowed to select something to watch on Netflixand given wireless headphones so I could hear. You do rock! If it's possible for a dental visit to be enjoyable, this is the place. The use of the latest technology along with the caring staff and beautiful environment provide a superior dental experience.
Dr. Wiseman was sensitive and responsive to my concerns about the procedure to re-treat two root canals. Although not a fun procedure, she ensured I was as comfortable as possible. I felt very confident with her as my endodontist. Now we wait for positive results! :-)
For someone like me that HATEs the dentist and is always so nervous, my visit was very good. There was a lot of work done, but I tolerated it well. Some pain afterwards, but nothing I couldn't handle. I'll be back.
