"The ordering process was very easy, including configuring the system. It was not clear what the free shipping method was, so I upgraded to UPS Ground since I wanted a signature required at delivery. I paid the extra fee to require a signature, but when the system arrived via UPS it was left on the front porch. Other than that one snafu the process was great."
