"on-line order system is very easy. the videos explaining each product were helpful as I have zero tech knowledge/experience"

I would have possibly made a different choice if I had known. the instructions are very vague but support is pretty helpful and there is pdf instructions online I,m old school and prefer printed. Product quality seems very good and I would buy here again."
